Directions
Within easy access of the southern suburbs the property is accessed from the south ring road network by taking the Carrigaline exit at Bloomfield followed by the slip road onto the Rochestown Road. At the roundabout take the eastern exit for Passage West followed by the 1st right onto Clarkes Hill. At the top of Clarkes Hill turn right and continue on straight for Maryborough Hill. After passing Garryduff Sports centre and Landsborough take the road to the left at the sign for Douglas Nursing Home.
